The property was renovated by me and some friends who cared to help ,so there are some problems with it but i try my best to make it a friendly and comfortable place where you can enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
The best place is the park where people walk their dogs and the Somes river flows. Also there is an orthodox church in front of the house

Pro: Gentilissimo l'host ci ha permesso di restare di più del dovuto dato che avevamo il treno più tardi veramente consigliato casa molto carina e pulita

Pro: The location was great overwall there was a mixed up with the apartments but the owner was very helpful.
Contra: I entered by mistake the wrong apartment which the owner was understanding and apologized for the mistake but when I told him to clean the apartment the next day because we had children in the house, he didn't clean the rooms.

Pro: Everything was ok. Especially the fact that even if we arrived early in the morning, the host was kind enough to help is with an early booking, given there were no other clients in the room.

Pro: We arrived late, and the place was ready for us to go in. We never met a host, we were just told where to get the keys and go. So that worked out good for our late arrival.
Contra: There was I believe one large bath towel, and several smaller hand towels. All of them had significant odor to them when used. There were 2 adults and 3 kids, it was definitely not even one towel per person. Bathroom had odor coming from it all the time, so we had to keep the door closed. One bed was broken and being propped up by a board, shifting the bed meant it collapsed. Front door appeared to have been broken into many times, definitely didn't feel secure while there. Just overall a little lacking.

Pro: The apartments are large, there are two spacious rooms and a good kitchen/dining hall with all the necessities. The place is clean and although it takes some time to reach the city center on foot, location is decent enough.
Contra: The price was higher than usual because of a cultural event in the city. There is no sign outside, no place to leave the car, you will have to call to get the keys, and you will have to pay up front, not on check out time.
