Pro: Very spacious and nicely decorated. Pleasant lighting in the bedroom, great place for romantic getaways. Clean, modern bathroom. Very practical kitchen space, with all necessary home appliances. Entrance is secured through an electronic system, no need to pickup or drop-off any keys.

Pro: Modern, fresh. Easy check-in. Facilities all good! Nice and warm (went in December). Really close to Christmas market and lots of bars and restaurants. Very good.
Contra: People next door in rented apartment were very noisy and could hear them late at night. But only happened once. Not the owner's fault! Just had an unlucky night.

Pro: Very good location with modern touches. I loved the shower feature with natural light from above. The courtyard at the entrance looks a bit dodgy when you go in, however the apartments are at the back in a separate courtyard.
Contra: I had to insist a bit for the entry codes to be sent on check-in day as they were sent quite late.

Pro: Super zentrale Lage, innerhalb von einer Minute diverse Restaurants, innerhalb weniger Minuten Supermarkt, Stadtzentrum, Parks,... Einfaches System mit Code, kein Schlüssel benötigt. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht..
Contra: Relativ ringhörig

Pro: Spacious apartment located very close to the center and some restaurants/coffee shops. Beautifully arranged. The host was helpful. We loved the fact that we had a little terrace outside of the apartment. Overall, a lovely stay.
Contra: Some basic things were missing, such as a few towel hangers in the bathroom and a coffee machine (or at least a small kettle)! Some people can't start their day without one (but fortunately you can find very good coffee nearby). Some extra tableware would be nice. Poor ventilation in the bathroom. In some places the floor was creaky, not a problem for us. We would have liked some working reading lamps in the bedroom. Also a handrail would help for going in and out of the apartment.

Pro: Locatie centrala, curatenie, preluarea cheilor intr-o maniera foarte simpla fara contactul cu gazda, primirea de multiple informatii vis-a-vis de locatiile din oras prin e-mail.
Contra: Lipsa loc parcare. Se mai poate lucra la raportul calitate-pret.

Pro: Locatia este perfecta. Am luat cheia foarte usor si gazda a fost minunata. Nu am primit factura, dar am inteles de ce si am acceptat situatia. Nu am avut mic dejun inclus, dar am gasit la cateva minute distanta cafea si ceai.
Contra: cateva sugestii: un lampadar in living pentru lumina mai placuta, cearceafuri pentru canapeaua din living, inca o patura in dormitor. Noaptea e rece. Plicuri de ceai in camera, nu doar de cafea.

Pro: The flat looks lovely, the design is very nice and the beds are comfy.
Contra: The flat looks lovely, but the way inside is pretty horrible and it smells so bad. Also, the flat, despite it being lovely, is quite poorly built. Apart from all the floors being slanted, the plugs are coming out of the wall and there are small bits and bobs broken / poorly built.
