Pro: The host was very kind, he even gave us sweets and free cold mineral water when we arrived :) We had a parking place in the front of the building. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfy. Also, it is a good location, it took us a 20 minutes walk to reach the center of the city.
Contra: The only disadvantage can be the fact that it has common spaces, there are 4 rooms with two bathrooms and a kitchen. But when we arrived we were alone in the whole apartment so no need to share it with others.
