Pro: מיקום מעולה, דירה נוחה. נוף לעיר מהקומה העליונה מהבניין הכי גבוהה באזור. קלאסי לנסיעת עבודה.

Contra: היה כמה קשיים בהתחלה להבין איפה המפתח, אבל הכל הסתדר בסוף.

Pro: The location was nice. The view from the apartment is beautiful. Taking in consideration that it was winter, the temperature was perfect inside, not too cold, not too hot. The kitchen was also well equipped and nice.

Contra: The elevator is a bit crowded for 4 persons with luggage, so you have to do 2 or 3 runs. Finding a parking spot, if you arrive by car, is a bit tricky. I don't know how are the parking politics in Cluj-Napoca, but I have managed to find a free of charge spot to park my car near the apartment location. The owner of the apartment said that they have a remote control to give you access for the block parking, but when I arrived the remote control could not be found or was unavailable.

Pro: Место в самом центре города. Чудесная,уютная,чистая и хорошо оборудованная квартира с великолепным видом из окна. Хозяйка внимательная, всегда отвечает на телефон,очень доброжелательная.

Contra: Иногда от соседей был шум. Музыка и крики. Но это был период праздников рождественских. Может,поэтому.

Pro: Pozitia in Cluj a apartamentului este excelenta. Vederea de sus, este fara egal.. Ai o perspectiva asupra unei mari parti a orasului. Apartamentul este deosebit de luminos, Geamurile termopan sunt de buna calitate si estompeaza zgomotul.

Contra: Nu am gasit ceva care sa nu-mi placa
