Is a nice quiet neighborthood. Only 5 minutes walk to the historic 16th century Brasov castle and a short walk over the hill to the old town. WiFi available and access to bicycles for those who want to ride around Brasov. Short walks, the castle on the hill is accessible from Str Dealul Cetatii if you want to walk through the forest, follow the street up the hill and at the junction follow the dirt path. Note the path is not marked. The old town is accessible on foot, just follow the Dealul Cetatii street over the hill. You’ll get a great view of the old town, Timpa, and Poiana Brasov as you walk over the hill. You can park in front of the house and near to the house on the street. At three minutes are both bus station and three shops where you can supply them with food. If you want to eat locally, there are several restaurants within easy walking distance. On Avram Iancu you have Casa Tudor (Romanian), Saltan Mehmet (Turkish) you also have Trattoria La Tovola Calda (Italian) on Strada Bisericii Române 112 and Ma Cocotte restaurant (Vegetarian) on Strada Nicopole 34A

Pro: Lokalizacja super, do Lidla 500m jak potrzebne zakupy, do centrum nie ma kilometra. W sumie ciut z boku a wszędzie blisko. Duży apartament dla rodziny lub kilkuosobowej grupy.
Contra: nie ma się czego czepić

Pro: Location is just a few steps from the city center. Apartment is spacious and well equipment. Owner is kind, communicative and helpful. Parking space is next to the house on a public street. Definitely recommended for a short stay.

Contra: Boking canceled my order, claiming there was a problem with the credit company. I checked with the credit company and there was no collection attempt. I re-ordered. Please note that the payment is made in advance and not as a standard visa

Pro: The hostess was extremely helpful. Everything exactly described, helpful descriptions of the place and possible trips. High standard rooms. Great place.
Contra: There was nothing, what I didn't like. Maybe cats near the windows :).

Pro: עדינה בעלת הדירה נחמדה מאוד. נתנה הסברים מדוייקים לכניסה לדירה, הייתה זמינה כל הזמן ואף הציעה דברים בלי שבקשנו. דירה נחמדה 5 דקות מסופר לידל וכ 20 דקות הליכה ממרכז ברשוב.

Pro: El apartamento está bien, limpio, es una zona tranquila, pero quizá un único baño para 6 adultos es complicado. La cocina no tiene ni microondas ni horno pero nos pudimos apañar.

Pro: Przestronny apartament, w pelni wyposażony, położony w spokojnej dzielnicy willowej. Urządzony współcześnie ale stylowo, z elementami drewnianych detali. Wygodne łóżka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Czysta łazienka. Kontaktowa i uczynna właścicielka. Polecam dla 2 par. A spacious apartment, fully equipped, located in a quiet residential area. Decorated contemporary but stylish, with elements of wooden details. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Clean bathroom. Contact and helpful owner.
Contra: W jednym z pokoi - położonym w dawnej piwnicy - było trochę zbyt wilgotno (dużo padało w tym okresie i pokój chyba nie był przez jakiś czas ogrzewany) aby spać w nim. Poradziliśmy sobie jednak i rozlokowaliśmy sie w 2 pozostałych pokojach więc nie był to duży minus. Parkowanie pod domem może być małym wyzwaniem ze względu na wąskie uliczki, niemniej właścicielka podała kilka propozycji na sąsiednich uliczkach. In one of the rooms - located in the former basement - it was a little too humid (a lot of rain was in this period and the room probably was not heated for some time) to sleep in it. However, we managed and settled in the other two rooms so it was not a big minus. Parking under the house can be a small challenge due to the narrow streets, but the owner gave a few proposals for parking in the neighboring streets.
