Pro: Apartament spațios, curat cu toate facilitățile.

Pro: It's a decent studio. Everything in there is new. It's a fair price. Quiet. It has a good view and a kitchen with a washing machine. We actually have't used any of these. It's a new building, in a decent area - not the best but not the worst either.
Contra: the check in was a nightmare. After we confirmed for three times our early arrival time, we were still waiting for 1h in front of the building for the landlord to come with the keys. The last tenant was still in the apartment. The landlord appeared together with the maid and started the cleaning. We actually didn't mind, since we had business in the city, but if we needed some sleep, that would only be possible after the cleaning. We found the check in process to be very unprofessional. There are other ways to diffuse these unpleasant situations. On a positive note, they let us in, we dropped our luggage and we took off while they finished cleaning. However, even if then they had all the time in the world, they still missed quite a few spots. On the surface it's clean, but don't drop a coin under the bathroom cabinet, you'll be shocked. Nobody touched that from years. Cleanliness can be improved. There are no nets/sieves for the windows. We were there in the summer and had problems with the mosquitoes and insects.
