Pro: Very close to the old center, cosy, car parking available in front of the building.

Contra: Loud noises from one of the heaters woke me up in the middle of the night had to turn it off.

Pro: location, very close to everything in Sibiu. and even that close to the main square, no problem with the parking in front of the house. communication with the owner very good. internet, tv all working very good. something to consider when renting in summer: no AC and it's rather lower floor and the road behind the windows is quite busy during the day and some cars pass even in the evening, so might be a problem when windows are open. if you are looking for a quiet place, look for another appartment.

Contra: apartment was clean, no problem with that. except the shower. there, very bad smell lasting hours every time after taking shower. must be something coming from the sewer? but that's just my guess. but overall apartment was clean, rooms, kitchen no problem at all.
