Pro: It's hard to find a better value for money apartment in Brașov. Cozy place, excellent location, perfect communication with the owner.

Contra: The hallway and bathroom are placed next to the entrance and they are a bit cold during the winter days and nights.

Pro: We stayed at St John’s in Braşov in their lovely spacious apartment right in the heart of old town. Great location, comfy bed, it was one of our favourite spots we stayed in all of our 2 weeks in Romania! It was sparkling clean and the owner was INCREDIBLE!!!! I accidentally forgot something in the apartment and realized after I had driven away two hours to Bucharest, I texted the owner in hopes that I could pay for him to mail them to Canada but he did one better. He talked to the local bus driver heading to Bucharest the same night, gave the parcel to the driver, gave me all the drivers details and phone number and I received it within the next few hours!! It was quick thinking on his part and totally above and beyond, I’m very appreciative! It just shows the type of hospitality you get while staying here, we highly recommend St John's Apartments! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pro: Практически всё. Уютно. Смесь старины и современности. Удобная широченная кровать. Управление обогревом с одного пульта. Удобный душ. Просторно. Очень приятный хозяин. В любой момент оказывал помощь и давал советы. Место в самом центре туристической части города. Куча ресторанов и кафе. Очень простой и удобный чек-ин-аут.

Contra: Скрипучий паркет. Отсутствие частной парковки. Искать место приходилось подолгу, а ведь мы были не в сезон. Кривая кровать на кухне.

Pro: The location is fantastic. The owner is both friendly and helpful.

Pro: Locatie foarte curata, pozele corespund cu realitatea, gazda atenta la detalii.Recomand cu drag aceasta locatie, situata fix in centrul Brasovului.

Pro: This is an excellent self contained apartment in an old building in the heart of the city. It is spacious and comfortably furnished with a reasonably equipped kitchen facilitating self catering. It is located above a bar/bistro and the bar’s music bass beat is clearly heard during the day but bar closes at 10pm so it does not effect sleep. Washing machine was a great extra as was the dishwasher.

Contra: Parking in Plovdiv is a real issue despite the owners assurance otherwise. Finding a spot is a real issue but paying for it is even more difficult - the machines only take small coins and require a bucketload for all day. There is an App option to pay if you give your rego but this only works with a Romanian SIM. Day tickets are apparently available from an office a couple of Km from the apartment. It would be a real help if the owner could arrange parking for you on arrival and be reimbursed by guests.

Pro: Locatie excelenta (centrul orasului dar ferit de zgomot), spatiul interior foarte generos si care ofera toate facilitatile necesare sejurului, variante bune de parcare in zona (cu plata dar preturi rezonabile), f multe restaurante, cafenele, cofetarii, magazine in apropiere, gazda primitoare (stiind ca urmeaza sa venim cu o fetita de 6 ani, ne a asteptat si o cutie de jucarii in living 😊 ). Cand vom reveni in Brasov cu siguranta aceasta locatie va fi prima optiune pt cazare.

Pro: מיקום מעולה, מארח זמין ונחמד. דירה נוחה, נעימה ונקייה!! במיוחד נהננו לראות שחשבו גם על התינוקות במשפחה ובסלון היה ארגז משחקים נחמד שהעסיק את הקטן:)

Contra: ספה לא כ"כ נוחה לשינה. מתאים ל3 מבוגרים ותינוק פחות ל4 מבוגרים ותינוק.

Pro: The location is great ! In the heart of the old town and yet quite at night. The flat is cosy and comfortable, decorated beatifully, very clean and felt like home. We stayed there 2 nights and wishes we could stay a full week there. Gabriel the owner was abroad but took care of us whenever we asked on whatsapp and also gave us tips without asking (restaurants etc). Well recommended !

Contra: We loved everything

Pro: + sehr geräumig + ruhig + gutes Bett + Schlüsselübergabe via Safe

Contra: - Parken ist ein echtes Problem ohne rumänische SIM-Karte. Ohne Handy-Parken verlangt der Parkautomat Münzen in rauen Mengen, die man in Brasov nur in der Bank (Geschäftszeiten) bekommt. Keine einziges der vielen Geschäft im Umfeld kann wechseln - einfach weil in ganz Rumänien immer auf Scheine aufgerundet wird. Wenn man das Maximum (eine Handvoll Münzen) einwirft, reicht das von 8 Uhr bis ca. 11:30. Diese nähesten Parkplätze sind ca. 100m entfernt, Parkhaus für Ganztagsparken ist 3km weg, für Ausladen also ungeeignet. - Quartier liegt 100m in der Fußgängerzone (keine Zufahrt mit dem Auto möglich)
