Feel free to relax in our garden: you can use the barbecue, the swing or you can enjoy a drink on the terrace. We don't allow pets inside the property and please use the balcony for smoking. As Slatina is a small town, you can visit it by foot, ( less than 1 hour from one side of the town till the other) but you can also use the bus, the taxi or train if you want to visit other attractions situated in the Olt county. We are situated within walking distance from the most important attractions of the town: - the Olt river and the bridge (5 min) - the town's historical center (less than 5 min) - the city hall - "Atletul albanez" ("the Albanian athlete" - This is the oldest private business in Romania, a pastry shop where you can taste the most delicious drinks like citronade and braga, or eat halvita and ice cream made using a secret recipe that even the well-known chain McDonald's wanted to know and buy. "Atletul albanez" was visited by famous people from all over the world: Eugen Ionescu, Ion Minulescu, Nicolae Iorga, the communist Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, the French president Charles de Gaulle, the comedian Amza Pellea, the football player Gheorghe Hagi, the American ambassador James Rosapepe.) - the biggest Romanian flag in the world, situated on the Gradiste Hill.
