Pro: The location is very good and the host very helpful

Contra: The amenities were quite basic and there were some bugs here and there sometimes

Pro: the check in procedure was ok.

Contra: the information you can find of the appartment on booking are a total lie. They right down that there is a pool and a balkony. None of this exist. When I asked a bout it, the owner told me that there is a pool in one of the next buildings along the street, which you need to pay for. So they give you the impression it belongs to the appartment, but the pool is lika a private pool of somebody else, the owner doesn t have anything to to with. Everything in the appartment was really a joke! The bathtub is made for dwarfs there is no chance to really take a bath for a normal size person. the blankets and pillows had hair and spots on it and looked like it was used for other guests as weel, the furnisher is extremly old and ugly, the carpets have lots of spots and were very dirty, we even had bugs in the kitchen and in the bath tube........it was a completly mess and booking.com should really not support such terrible spoof.

Pro: Atmosfera placuta.

Pro: La ubicación es lo mejor, cerca del metro y de paradas de autobuses, además de poder ir caminando a muchos sitios. El contacto con el anfitrión también fue el adecuado.

Contra: Nos hospedamos a finales de agosto. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. El polvo se acumulaba en las estanterías, había hormigas, cucarachas pequeñas y otros bichos, la cocina y la nevera tenían manchas... Para meterte en la bañera tenías que subirte a un banquito y lo mismo para salir. El ascensor llegaba hasta el 8 y luego tenías que subir por las escaleras un piso más. Cuando un apartamento pone que tiene unos servicios aunque sea de pago entiendes que dichos servicios están en el apartamento o justo al lado pero esto no ocurre con este, piscina?
