Pro: The apartment is located in the northern part of Constanca, close to Mamaia. The host is extremely friendly, he greeted us upon arrival and took us to the train station by car on the day of our departure. The apartment is spacious, with 2 separate rooms, which was important to us, as each of us could have from privacy. Getting to Constanta is very easy, with a bus stop in front of the building.
Contra: The apartment needs renovating and new equipment. One of the couches in the living room was broken so I was unable to sleep on it. Fortunately, the second one was in an ok condition. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, there is only on knife, no teaspoons, etc. The doors to the kitchen cabinets were falling off. The bathroom is very humid, the bathtub is old and dirty. The window to the balcony is old and difficult to close. The apartment building itself is in poor condition.
