AQUARIUS: Upscale Flat in the Heart of Bucharest!

Pro: locatia este super, toate facilitatile: bucatarie utilata, masina de spalat, fier de calcat, masa de calcat, net, tv, hbo, netflix.... tot ce vrei.

Pro: Like previous guests mentioned, the flat is located in a old building but the flat itself is new and the pictures are representing the real status. If you have a car it will be difficult to park in front of the building because almost all the time is full, but this is a general status for Bucharest streets, especially in central zone. I enjoyed the flat amenities (coffee machine, nice TV's, washing machine with dryer incorporated) and the nice view which you can have from both rooms. At ground floor is a big super-market opened 24/7 in case you need any items. Check-in and check-out process was smooth with clear process explained. I fully recommend this location if you search for a flat centrally located with easy access to metro and nice restaurants close by.

Contra: The only thing which i didn't like is the persistent smell of cigarette smoke. You can feel it when you enter the flat and i think is impregnated in living room curtains.

Pro: The apartment was just like on the pictures, really nicely renovated, and nothing bad really to say..!

Contra: The 8th floor offered an decent view, but getting up there was a little tricky..! The elevator didn’t felt kinda safe for us, and it took some time to figure out how it’s even working..! + The fact we had to carry our heavy luggage 2x 32kg + 2x10kg upstairs with the elevator as well, felt kinda scary..! Cause it was an really old building, what didn’t felt that safe! But we still managed to bring everything to the 8th floor with us, and the apartment made it totally worth it!👍🏻 + The fact they had a washing machine, but not an laundry rack, seemed really weird! + They didn’t even have a cutting board in the kitchen!🙉😳

Contra: The 8th floor offered an decent view, but getting up there was a little tricky..! Pro: On a l'impression que l'appartement a été totalement rénové la veille. Propreté irréprochable, confort de tout (canapé, lit), vue dégagée, cuisine bien équipée, on s'y sent vraiment bien ! L'accès est ultra pratique, le centre historique a 20 min à pied, un supermarché dans le même bâtiment et des bars ou resto tout autour : on voit mal comment faire mieux. Les fenêtres isolent très bien du bruit du boulevard ce qui était appréciable le soir du jour de l'an

Contra: De tous petits détails comme l'évacuation de la douche (ça inonde la salle de bain) et, c'est vrai, il manque un porte manteau et une table basse. L'immeuble est peu engageant ainsi que l'ascenseur, mais une fois habitué et surtout une fois à l'intérieur, l'appartement est vraiment au top !
