Pro: The property was very nice and comfortable. More importantly, the hostess Oana was super nice and flexible for our late check-in. The upper terrace balcony shown on the pictures is exactly as is but you have to here to appreciate the tranquility of an evening with a bright moon and just hearing distance dogs barking once in a while - is a very nice spot to sit on the swing chair and relax at night with sparkling street lamps in a distance. A word of caution, you need to exercise some attention stepping up as the stone steps are a bit taller, just have someone assist if you do not have normal dexterity. The location is within a 3 minute walk to a small piata with the casa romanesca (Romanian cuisine) restaurant that was tasty with live music in the evening( thanks Oana for the recommendation !! ) and a few smaller cafes but it closes early in the evening . If you are new to Romanian cuisine, suggest try the eggplant salad, it is like hummus texture but lighter less salty and when mixed withe the onions bits, it taste great!! If you are planning to drive here, it would advisable to get a small compact vehicle as the street widths are tight as cars are parked on the shoulders in the evening. There is a spot for parking inside the property via a remote controlled auto gate opener but be patient to maneuver your small vehicle as it is a tight space to drive into. The noise level from the street is hardly audible and the neighborhood was super quite and safe.

Pro: Oana the host is very nice and was always concern that we have everything we need. She waited for us upon our arrival (even when we were late and arrived around 10PM) The house is large, well decorated, equipped with everything that you need for a week stay. Even no problem that there is no washing machine since Oana took our laundry and wash it for us. A Bonus is that the host clean the room every day (It is not trivial in a rental apartment). Strong water pressure and always available hot water. The location is perfect - a walking distance to all the main locations in the old city. Great view and also there are 3 outside balconies to enjoy - Two open sky and one roofed.
Contra: The staircase is a bit small (For little children) There are no light shades in the bedrooms.

Pro: Очень понравился дом. Отличные террасы с возможностью побыть на улице. Хозяйка очень приветливая, встретила нас, все подробно рассказала, спасибо! В доме есть все необходимое, на кухне все необходимые мелочи. Чисто и комфортно. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых!
