Pro: The view....
Contra: Short story - I booked from 1st January to 2nd January. On January 1st I see a miss called after. After 25 minutes I call back - it was the owner of the pension that inform me that she tries to retrieve the money from card and is not possible (that is true). As a consequence she gave the room to another person and that was at the door as "she does not want to stay with the room not rented on 1st January". Also she notify me that she cancel the reservation - on booking. That was happening in the same day when I was going to arrive. I say. .... it, I will find another room - no need to check-in at a lady that doesnt want. In the mean time reservation was still confirmed on booking. Little worried that is reservation is confirmed and I will not go there and concerning about the fact that reservation was not refundable I call the customer services. They informed me that, even if card is not valid, the owner should give me a 2 hours heads-up in order to update the card. Only after that owner can cancel the reservation. So, I call her back and inform her about that - she kind of yelling at me and says that I don't teach her how to do the business. Call back at booking, inform them, they call her and probably says that I will be relocated on her money if does not accommodate me. So..she find a room. Surprise was when I arrive there - there was a nice building, with rooms and there was a small building - it seems to be a garage, with a room on top. Guess where I was accommodated - in that room. I accepted - it was late, I was with 2 children and does want to stay on the phone with booking and her anymore (I don't see her while I was there - just the man from the reception). But..bad idea that I accept her - there where 19 degree C inside. I call her to tell that and she was curios how do I know that there are 19 degree - do I have a thermometer with me? (I have a Fenix 5 watch).
