The apartment is located on the 10th floor of a new building and offers stunning views of the Carpathian Mountains from the balcony, as well as an elevator and free parking. There is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The apartment also features a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.), two dining areas, a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower, and outdoor seating on the balcony. Free parking, WiFi, and cable TV, and a washing machine are also provided. For families traveling with a small child, we can provide a free portable baby crib for your stay.

This area offers the best of both worlds, as it is quickly accessible from the Historic City Center by car but also surrounded by nature and green space. The apartment is located close to Magnolia Shopping Center so you will have easy access to stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and other modern conveniences. However, you will also be close to access the hiking trail to Mt. Tampa and other green spaces that are popular with the locals for picnics, barbecues, and enjoying some peaceful time outdoors.
