Camerele pensiunii au dulap, TV cu ecran plat, lenjerie de pat, prosoape, baie privată și balcon cu vedere la grădină. Toate camerele au zonă de relaxare, iar unele camere au şi DVD player. Zona este populară pentru drumeții şi schi, iar oaspeții Vilei Thea pot închiria biciclete. Brașov este la 44 km, iar Poiana Brașov se află la 39 km de proprietate.

Vila Thea is our family home, build of wood and stone, situated at 1309 meters altitude in Fundata village, Brasov county, surrounded by Carpathian mountains and unique views of pure nature changing by season. We started to build our dream home, 25 years ago, and all the works, interior decoration and finishes, although not perfect, are done by our hands. Our signature is that we saved pieces of old furniture from our parents and grandparents, and made it fit in the new home. Being a peaceful place for relaxation, we expect our guests to respect that. We also interact with our guests, only to the extent that they want it. All active games and sports have to be exercised outside the house, our garden is 12.000 sq meters. Comfort and amenities are difficult to be obtained and offered in this environment and high altitude. Therefore, please consider helping us to protect the environment by not wasting resources like water and heat. It is not a hotel or a guest house. Those who are expecting for hotel facilities, we strongly advise to look for one. Kindly asking to read carefully about facilities and services, because we do not offer less or more, of what is listed.
Since I was a child I wanted a house in the mountains as far as possible from any big city. As family, we are in full downshifting process, and the experience is amazing and rewarding. Our surroundings "push" you to reflect, and inspire you to meditate on what is really important for your life. Tranquility is a rare gift, and when you get it, you should not loose it, because is the base for the balance of your body, mind, soul and spirit. I believe we were blessed to find a place with all its treasures, that accepted us to stay and allowed us to build our home. We leave in the house permanently, our guests are part of our family, as long as they are open to the concept. You can enjoy our life style while participating on our daily activities (like going in the forest to pick up wild fruits, mushrooms, medicinal plants, chap wood for winter) or explore the surroundings. You will also enjoy the taste of very good traditional Romanian food, home made. We found the key to health and simplicity, doing things in a peaceful natural way, in a beautiful clean environment. We want to share our mountain treasure with all those who are open for it. What we offer is simple and natural.
