+Apartamentul este luminos, si desi este pozitionat langa baruri si restaurante (a fost foarte linistit - geamurile dadeau intr-o curte interioare); este fix in centru - locatia este perfecta. Proprietarul foarte dragut, ne-a dat din timp toate informatiile de care am avut nevoie.

+המיקום, האירוח והאכפתיות של בעל המקום. זו דירה מצויינת למי שמחפש משהו פשוט במרכז העיר במחיר מאוד נוח ובלי הרבה תוספות ייחודיות. המארח ממש על הכיפק.
−נושא החניה היה פחות נוח. ציפיתי למשהו מסודר יותר. היה צריך לצאת ולהיכנס בשעות היום בסוג של ראש הוור. הבניין קצת ישן לדעתי מה שמוביל למדרגות מעץ קצת מפחידות עם ילדים קטנים.
