The Maria Terezia property is situated in a brand new building, close to the city center. Right in front of the building there is a relaxation park where guests can see the statue of the great empress Maria Terezia.
I am a very active person, i like to travel and meet new people. My hobbies are different sport activities, anythigh that keeps your mind and body going and fit.
The neighbourhood is near the old town and the city center. My favourite streets are Ocnei Street and 9 Mai where two great restaurants are located: "Max" and "La Cuptor". Right at the end of Ocnei Street the Liar's bridge and the Small Square cand be found. The Small Square is a unique place with lots of restaurants, pubs and a lot of historical buildings.

+Gazda este foarte amabilă. Parcarea subterană supravegheată și închisă. Mobilierul din dormitor este nou și confortabil. Bucătăria complet utilată. Balcon pentru fumători. Mașină de spălat, fier de călcat, mașină de spălat vasele. Clar, tot ce trebuie pentru o familie în vacanță.
−Curățenia chiar nu a fost la cele mai înalte cote. În camera de zi trebuie înlocuite canapelele pentru că o persoană mai ”solidă” riscă să le îndoaie. Zona este cumva ok, ca distanță față de obiective, doar că la pubela ...

+Well-equipped, comfortable apartment that stayed cool even on very hot days despite the lack of air conditioning. Excellent choice for those with a car as there is an parking spot reserved in the basement garage. Nice to have an elevator in the building as well. Would definitely stay here again on next visit to Sibi...
−The view from the balcony is over a fading industrial area. The walk into the old town takes close to 15 minutes, easy, but a bit far if the weather is bad.

−The apartment is facing some factory which is just meters away, and although a walk to the city is not long, it is mostly through some industrial area. Also, the bed in the living room was not comfortable.
