Pro: Locatie centrala, apartament spațios, curat, complet utilat.

Contra: Nimic de obiectat.

Pro: Fantastic location! The owner was friendly and helpful. The apartment is comfortable and warm (which was a blessing in sub zero temperatures). Very well equipped and spacious. I will go back on any future visits to Timisoara.

Pro: The host was very nice. He made things very easy for me. The place was very clean and it looks like the photos. I would totally recommend this place. The location is great too.

Contra: When I got into the apartment, I tried to take a shower and the water was cold. I thought something was broken so I checked the heater. It looked like it was working but the water was still cold. After a while I realized that the handle for the water was switched. If you want to get hot water, you have to open the cold water. If you want to get cold water, you need to open the hot water. They need to fix this or at least put a sticker there indicating that it works the other way round. The host forgot to tell me. That was my only "complain". The host was super nice. He adapted to my schedule and he made things very easy. I just wanted to mention that little issue with the hot water so people that want to rent this place are aware of this. I totally recommend the place, though

Pro: The apartment is so big and confortable. We liked it very much, it is perfect for a group of friends or 2 couples. It had coffee maker, dish washer. It is in the city center, easy to arrive there.

Contra: In the first night we saw a little bug and we didn't worry about it, but in the second night we saw 2 big bugs in the livingroom. We didn't like that.

Pro: Locatia este in Piata Unirii, este curata, spatioasa, dotata cu tot ce este nevoie.

Pro: El desayuno no estaba concertado, si había café en capsulas y también tipo soluble a elegir, habían dejado azúcar y otros productos para la preparación de desayunos. La limpieza inmejorable, la comodidad de 10, la situación excelente la única cosa en contra que pudiera decir es que estábamos en un cuarto piso sin ascensor; pero a eso yo no le doy importancia debido a que a mi me gusta subir escaleras (son muy recomendables para los glúteos)

Contra: No hay nada que no me haya gustado,estuvimos haciendo un recorrido por distintos sitios de ese maravilloso país y fue el mejor alojamiento que hemos tenido con mucha diferencia. Por supuesto que le doy un diez.

Pro: Very nice and spacious apartment, it exceeded our expectations, and the host was great!

Pro: Location is perfect, Unirii Square is so close. The apartment is big and cozy - perfect for two couples, since it has two bedrooms and a bathroom + additional toilet. It is fully furnished, with all the appliances you may need. It is child friendly, they even have baby crib inside. Beds are really comfortable, and we had a good rest here. The owner is polite and welcoming, we had a really easy check in and check out.

Contra: There's really nothing I didn't like. But I believe that disadvantage for some people would be that it is on 4th floor, and there is no elevator in the building.

Pro: Very spacious apartment right in the middle of the centre. As it is located on the fourth floor the impact of street noise (we were there in the weekend) is negligible.

Contra: No staircase hence quite a climb. A bit of a smell in the toilet / shower, seemingly as it has been vacant for a while.
