I studied Tourism and Economy in my home town. After the faculty I was very lucky to work in Hungary at one 4* Hotel and in Austria. I also love to travel, and I had the oportunity to do this all over Europe. This made me very fortunate, because traveling and working abroad, is changing your view about everything and makes you realise how beautiful life can be. I love being a tourist and I know what I need when I am traveling in a foreign city or country. The entire concept of this Lavender Studio is based on the need of the people from abroad and also from Romania.

In 2007, Sibiu was the European Capital of Culture. This was the most important cultural event that has ever happened in the city, and a great number of tourists came, both domestic and foreign.

In 2019 Sibiu is hosting the European Gastronomical capital, by encouraging the local producers and local businesses in the field of food production and culinary culture, traditional gourmet workshops in the villages of the region, promoting peasant farms and gastronomic circuits, or developing public programs to support small producers in gastronomy and of the hospitality industry in the Sibiu region.

The studio has been newly renovated, the furniture, the bathroom, the kitchen, everything is new. The space is situated in the centre of Sibiu also known as km 0 of the city, close to all the historical architectural attraction, 500 m away from the theather. The studio has been reimagined and redesigned based on the feedback received from our guest. You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Any advise in what to visit and what to explore in the beautiful city of Sibiu will be provided. No smoking. Smoking is allowed only in the inside yard. No parties. Guests will have to respect the neighbours. Between 10 p.m. and 08 a.m. it's time to be quite.

You are lucky :) In every city the most important area is considered the historical city centre. The city of Sibiu and its surroundings are one of the most visited areas in Romania. It holds one of the best preserved historical sites in the country, many of its medieval fortifications having been kept in excellent state. Its old center has begun the process for becoming a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004. Sibiu and its surrounding area have many significant museums, with 12 institutions housing art collections, paintings, and exhibits in decorative arts, archeology, anthropology, history, industrial archeology and history of technology and natural sciences. The entire central square has been given back to the tourist pedestrians, who can now enjoy the real value of this city. Living, studying, playing, working out, walking, partying, socialising, or simply just enjoying the every day life everything is 2 minutes away from you. The city also lies close to the Făgăraș Mountains - a very popular trekking destination, close to the Păltiniș and Arena Platos ski resorts - popular winter holiday destinations.
