Pro: Location is great, in the center of the city, near all good restaurants and city Christmas market (if you're going there in the winter). Easy to find and close to the railways station (15 mins of walk) if you're adventurous enough to use the train. The room has a nice design and has almost everything you need with some drawbacks.
Contra: There were some things that the host could do better in order to offer full satisfaction with this accommodation. 1. We were a little bit shocked and disappointing that the bathroom window doesn't offer privacy at all. You can really see inside the shower cabin from the outside the apartment. We used a towel hung to the window in order to have privacy. It was a little bit scary initially because outside was dark and we didn't figure that out until we heard steps there while the window was open... Advice to the host: You can change the bathroom's window glass with some that is translucent, or mask it with an inexpensive special purpose sticker order to offer privacy. You should not expect us to figure it out. 2. You don't have a carpet in the room, which is not bad, but you could offer inexpensive hospitality purpose slippers. 3. You have a nice clock hung there which has no batteries and it's stopped at 10:20 like in the pictures on Booking. A simple AAA battery will help. Our trip was good, but it could have been better. Hope the owner will take consideration on our feedback and improve the accommodation.
