Pro: Emplacement ideal pour voyage d'affaires
Contra: Le refoulement permanent d'odeurs nauséabondes par la canalisation des WC. Annoncez l'administration de l'immeuble ! La très mauvaise qualité du matelas vu son épaisseur inférieure même aux standards les plus bas niveau d'Ikea ! Multiprise cassé. L'état des prises électriques à revoir. Les Roumains caractérisaient ce logement comme une petite arnaque du genre "formà fàrà fond" !

Pro: Die Unterkunft war o. K. Die Lage ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Komfortabel war es nicht, aber zweckmässig. Wir würden wieder dort wohnen.
Contra: Der Vermieter bietet auch ein Flughafentransfer an. Bei der Ankunft hat das gut geklappt. Da wir nur eine 50 Euronote hatten, konnte der Fahrer nicht genug herausgeben. In Anwesenheit des Vermieters haben wir auch ein Rücktransfer abgemacht und die 10 Euro würden dann bei dieser Gelegenheit angerechnet (20 Euro kostet der Transfer, gleichviel wie für ein Taxi). Für den Rücktransfer hat sich der Fahrer auch nach 20 Minuten warten jedoch nicht blicken lassen.

Pro: הבחור שהגיע לתת את המפתחות אומנם היה נחמד, אך מעבר לזה בושה וחרפה מקום מזעזע הכניסה לבניין מזוהמת, המעלית ...מחפשת את המילה לתאר אותה! הבניין והחדר מדרגות לא מתוחזקים כלל,בצמוד לדלת של החדר יש דלת שהיא בעצם דלת כניסה לחדר הזבל של הבניין והחנויות מטה (מדובר על קומה 4) ולכן גם החדר בריח כמו זבל , ג׳וקים( תיקנים) עלו עלינו בלילה למיטה, על ריצפת החדר רצים תיקנים מימין לשמאל כנ״ל למקלחת, במקלחת כל הטיח מתקלף, לא צבעו שם שנים הכל אבק וסירחון של עובש , וילונות מסריחים בקיצור ,לא הייתה שמיכה, פשוט הניחו סדין על המיטה, היזהרו על נפשכם ואל תתקרבו !!!!בחיים שלי לא עברתי חוויה כזאת מזעזעת!!!! הדבר היחיד שאיכשהו היה נורמאלי זה שהיינו קרובים להכל.

Pro: Appartamento molto spazioso e gradevole aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Il proprietario molto disponibile e ci ha permesso di rimanere un'ora oltre il check out.

Pro: Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns erstmal eine 1,5 L Cola Flasche in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Schön gestaltetes Apartment mit guter (aber teils kaputter) Austattung. Sehr gute Lage, in der Nähe ist ein schönes Café und ein sehr schönes Mittelalterliches Restaurant. Sehr sauber. Wir haben gefragt ob wir ein weiteres Laken bekommen können, was sofort geschah.
Contra: Leider ging die Jalousie nur ein Stück weit nach oben, wir konnten gerade noch so unseren Kopf rausstecken um die Aussicht genießen zu können. Der Fernseher hatte so seine Macken. Interessantes aber hässliches Haus. Parkplatz NICHT kostenfrei.

Pro: The location, the light, the personal (so kind).
Contra: The mattress is necessary urgently to change for another new one. The bed is the only negative point about my reserve, it was not so comfortable..
