Hotelul Select se află la 4 minute de mers cu mașina de centrul istoric al orașului Sibiu și oferă camere moderne, cu aer condiționat, WiFi gratuit în toată proprietatea și 2 saloane-restaurante, unde se pot organiza diferite tipuri de evenimente.
Toate unitățile de cazare au TV cu ecran plat și baie în cameră, cu cadă sau duș, uscător de păr și articole de toaletă gratuite. Unele camere includ cadă spa.
Restaurantele Hotelului Select servesc mâncăruri românești tradiționale și internaționale. Proprietatea are terasă în aer liber.
La 300 m de proprietate există o stație de autobuz. Gara și Aeroportul Internațional Sibiu se află la mai puțin de 3 km.

Contra: They charged 40% more than the booking. Just to be clear, my wife had a printed booking where the total cost for the stay was clearly stated in the local currency, including taxes. However, they did not care and charged us 40% more (apparently that was their standard rate - but the reason for booking with this hotel was that I had got a good deal, in the first place - otherwise I would have booked at a different hotel)

Pro: The room was clean
Contra: The staff did not seem to care about anything. They were more concerned to watch movies on the reception PC. Breakfast was available at additional cost and I paid for it from the time of doing the booking. Breakfast starts at 7.00am and I walked into the restaurant at 7.15. Nobody was there, no guests or any waiters. I waited for 5 minutes and nobody came. There was nothing prepared like a buffet or anything else. Not even coffee. After the 5 minutes I went to reception and the receptionist offered me to give me the money back. I was not looking for a refund, I just wanted breakfast. I suppose it is a regular thing over there. I refused and I left with a bitter taste. I don't recommend this hotel and I for sure will never go back.
