Pro: Ruhige Lage an einem kleinen Park am See. Ein Hotel mit Potential, das aber leider nicht genutzt wird - siehe unten...

Contra: Zimmerwunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde halbwegs erfüllt. Das Zimmer lag allerdings zur Straße. Trotz der ruhigen Lage im Park war der Straßenverkehr aufgrund der schlechten Schallisolierung zu hören. Einfaches Frühstück; im Frühstücksraum fast kein Platz zu finden, weil auf allen Tischen schmutzige Teller standen. Auch einzelne Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkten unmotiviert. Wegen früher Abreise konnte ich das Frühstück am zweiten Tag nicht nutzen und habe um ein Lunch-Paket gebeten. Das war nicht möglich - nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser war zu bekommen (außer aus der Minibar). Ein gutes Hotel mit schwachem Service...

Pro: Hotel is at excellent location by the lake/river, rooms are spacey and comfortable, check in and out is smooth and quick, minibar is quite well stocked. Comfy bed, a bit on a hard side, which I like. Big TV.

Contra: Breakfast: I went only once, fairly late at 9:30. They serve breakfast until 10:00 but at 9:30 they stopped refilling food and drinks? Selection of food is very limited, they don't offer fresh omelettes. Staff does not look too happy either... Hotel restaurant, OMG. I went there to eat fried cheese with french fries and salad. Food was ok but it took me 2 full hours from arrival until paying the bill!!! Extremely slow service. Also cleaning of the room was a bit negligent, nothing major though. Smell in the bathroom from the pipes, no shower, just bathtub with no curtain, kind of inconvenient for a big guy like me not to wet the whole bathroom.
