Hotel Modern

Pro: Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona apropiată de noul mall, la 5 min. de mers cu mașina de centru. Totul înăuntru este nou și de calitate, însă proprietarii/administratorii nu înțeleg ca găleata cu apa murdara și mopul nu se pot lasa la intrare, lângă usa, ca vasele trebuiesc spălate, ca scobitorile folosite de alți clienți nu se ascund sub șervețele, ca mâncarea lăsata de cei de dinainte se arunca la gunoi, ca gunoiul se golește după fiecare plecare a oaspeților, chiar dacă nu e plin etc etc. Păcat... mare păcat de apartamentul acela...

Pro: I liked that the property was great and i really enjoyed my stay there.

Contra: It was clean. It had a penny market nearby and it was not so far from the Promenada Mall.

Pro: Nice location, 15 minutes walking to the city center. 2 minutes away from shopping center There is a supermarket just outside of the property. The host was really nice and friendly. The bed is comfortable and there is a lot of space in the apartment. It is nice and warm,no noises during the morning. There are 2 tvs in the house. One of them is a smart tv with Netflix option on it. There is enough space in the kitchen for cooking.

Contra: Although the bed and the towels were clean, the rest of the house was not clean: The bathroom was cleaned a little bit(toilet and sink). There floor was not vacuumed, or mopped. There were a lot of dirty cutlery in the cabinets, also the frying pan was really dirty and oily. The fridge was not clean. The shower glass was not cleaned, It still had dried water drops stains from the previous guests. The bathroom cabinets were full of dust and stains. The bad side was that it did not have enough cooking supplies. You have to manage cooking with just a few ustensils and 1 pot and 2 pans (small and big).

Pro: Un apartament modern , foarte curat . Zona este linistita, frumos amenajată, relativ aproape de centru . Gazda este extrem de răbdătoare si sociabilă.
