All our studios are very large and newly built having their private bathrooms, some of them featuring floor heating and all of them air conditioning; the property is in a nice courtyard where there is also parking space which can be used free of charge during our guests stay.
The location is within the immediate vicinity of Central Park (150m) and of the beautiful lake within the park, which can be always a good alternative to spend some relaxing time; The Floreasca/Dorobanti or Herastrau areas which are very well known for the entertainment opportunities (cafes, pubs, restaurants, clubs, etc) are within walking distance or very short ride; The hospitals Matei Bals and Colentina are within 2-3 min walk; both Stefan cel Mare and Obor underground stations are within aprox.1km or 12-14 min. walk; Other public transportation includes buses no.330, 335 on Stefan cel Mare St., buses no.182,282 on Lacul Tei St. or tram no.16 on Lizeanu St.

Pro: Everything was perfect!!!! The location(to the heart of the old Town, close to everything) , the hospitality, the cleaning.. Everything!!!! And the hostess very very helpful!!! She recommended us many many things to do in Bucharest!!!!! Totally recommend this!!!

Pro: La posizione 10! basta fare 62 gradini e si e' nel pieno centro di Bucarest. L 'arredamento interno, curato nei minimi dettagli, macchinetta del caffè con capsule in dotazione. Noi non ne abbiamo usufruito ma c'era anche del the'. Tutto l'appartamento è nuovissimo, facile check in con chiave con combinazione fuori del portone. La proprietaria Cristina super gentile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consiglieremo sicuramente questa struttura.
Contra: In generale ci è piaciuto tutto, un piccolo consiglio alla proprietaria, per chi pernotta piu notti è il caso di fare il cambio degli asciugamani almeno ogni due/tre notti, e dato che non vengono effettuate le pulizie giornaliere magari di fornire l'appartamento di una scopa e lasciare nel bagno tutto l'occorrente per il tempo di permanenza.

Pro: Very central location, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. Despite being in the centre the room it's self is very quiet. The room itself very cosy with a lot of appliances. Cristina the person that manages the property is very thoughtful, helpful and ready to help. Overall it was a very good experience staying there.

Pro: Very nice apartment, very clean, nice temperature, amazing design, perfect location. Everything was more than amazing and Cristina and Luca very kind and friendly and super helpful! Thank you for everything guys! We had the best time. Highly recommended!
