Pro: 1. Район, где расположено жилье, тихий и спокойный. Отличное месторасположение: до пляжа пешком минут 20/25 (в зависимости от темпа), до старого центра примерно столько же. Рядом много магазинов: до большого Кауфланда минут 15 пешком. Также рядом находится лучшая в городе пиццерия, где пиццу делают в печи. По стоимости - 18 местных лей. Называется пиццерия - ANTICO Pizza (Strada Nicolae Iorga 48). 2. Номер превзошел ожидания: комната чистая, в ней - удобная и мягкая кровать, телевизор, холодильник, кондиционер и большой шкаф для одежды. Ванная комната расположена в коридоре, но кроме нас в нее никто не мог зайти (у нас был ключ). В ванной есть все необходимое для того, чтобы привести себя в порядок :) Даже джакузи. На верхнем этаже есть терраса со столиком. 3. Хозяин принял нас как родных. Постоянно спрашивал "все ли хорошо?", "чем вам помочь?", советовал куда сходить в городе. Очень добродушный и доброжелательный человек. Мы приехали в 7 утра, а до заселения оставалось еще много времени, но, несмотря на это, хозяин все равно нас заселил, так как номер уже был свободен.

Contra: Лично мы минусов не увидели. Все прекрасно.

Pro: Trochę daleko od plaży, ale lubimy spacery i dla nas to atut. Niezwykle pomocne są w pełni wyposażona kuchnią i pralka. Czysto. Dużym plusem jest gospodarz Peter - niezwykle troskliwy i gościnny. Dba by niczego nie zabrakło. Piekne patio.

Pro: Friendly owner.

Contra: Shower and Toilett was outside the room.

Pro: this experience was a bit weird for us and I'll tell you why. The guesthouse is actually a 3-storey house in which the owner lives (1st floor). What is ok, is the quiet ... indeed it is a quiet area and the property is a quiet one. The position of the bathroom is a strange one, to get to the bathroom you have to get out of the room and the bathroom is in the hall (each room is allocated a bathroom), in the room is a dressing that is 2/3 full of the owners' clothes, the bed was disastrous, squeaked all night at the smallest movement. we stayed for 2 nights .... we could not resist. I recommend owners to document and focus on the idea of ​​a hostel and not to give clients a sense of visit to their relatives. P.S. every night when we got back to the hostel all the lights were off, we had to light the lanterns from the phones .... ugly
