This is a brand new refurbishment of the apartment with very high standards. In the living room and kitchen there are 2 air conditioning machines which can be controlled individually by a single remote controller. In the kitchen area you can find tea bags, coffee pods, sugar, cutlery, wood board, glasses, plates, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, fridge with freezer and washing machine. In the living room wardrobe can be found an ironing table, iron, laundry stand and hair dryer. Both bathrooms contain vanity set shower cap, shower gel and shampoo. In the bedroom will be found sets of towels and on the entrance, home slippers for all guests.

The apartment is located on a quiet street, 11 minutes walking from Iulius Town Timisoara (Iulius Gardens, Openville-United Business Center) and just 22 minutes walk from the City Center, amazing leisure centre and shopping possibilities nearby. The apartment is really well connected with all the public transport lines (tram, trolleybus, bus) and a taxi station is behind the building. Free parking places are available at all times in front and around the building. The apartment is fully equipped and recently, totally refurbished.

The property is very close (walking distance) to Iulius Town (it can also be seen from the bedroom window). Behind the building is Piata Dacia, where you can find fresh fruits, vegetables from the country side and there are also 24h small shops opened. Next to the flat there are a lovely park and an Orthodox Church.
