+The thing I liked the most was the terrace, despite the fact that it does not have a view, it's really nice, wind free and chilly, even when there are 35 degrees outside. The villa is on 2 levels, every room has an air-conditioner, very close to the beach.
−The kitchen needs an air-conditioner as well, it's very warm there if there are 3-4 people in there. The bathrooms (or at least in which I was), especially the shower cabin, would need a much more profound cleaning.
