The house is situated in Andrei Muresanu neighbourhood, and has great views over the city.Despite being so close to the city centre,it is a quiet place to stay and rest after a busy day. We welcome stays between 1 person and up to 8 people( we have 2 double bedrooms with balconies, 1 large double bedroom and 1 small double bedroom.They can be booked independently or as a whole apartment ,that fits 8 people).BATHROOMS ARE SHARED only with the other guests, if it happens to have other bedrooms occupied during your stay. You must be happy with this before booking!! NO PETS , NO SMOKING AND NO PARTIES.Pets can sometimes be accepted,( if small bodied) BUT WILL SLEEP IN THE BACK GARDEN OR THEIR OWN BED BROUGHT BY THEIR OWNERS / FAMILY. **For young people ( under 25 years of age ) renting this place will be as follows: the ID’s will be collected before entering the property ( please have them ready) and the damage deposit will be of 1000 Ron ( which will be returned on the day you leave the property, after inspection of the property and only if they respect ALL of the house rules! ( No parties, no smoking inside and no noise tolerated between 9 pm and 9 am ).

It’s the most beautiful neighbourhood in Cluj, with houses and green spaces. A sweet little park is just 1 minute on foot from the house. Old city centre is about 10-15 minutes on foot, depending on your speed :). The Central Park is about 25 minutes away ,on foot. Museums, restaurants, bars, churches are all close. If you want, you can go visit, Turda Salt Mine ( which is a wonderful and unique place to visit). Or you could visit Tarnita lake, which is also so beautiful- only 30 minutes away by car ( depending on traffic), and you’ll find yourself in the mountains. There’s so many to visit in Cluj, so do your research and see what would you prefer to see. We hope you’ll enjoy everything that Cluj has to offer!
