Pro: The location, the size of the room and the building which was historic and beautiful

Contra: 3 floors of monumental stairs without elevator; the first flight of stairs without lighting; the building entrance door without lock. The building was under renovation. The apartment was very, very cold: only one radiator in the room and placed in a place where it cannot distribute heat.

Pro: The location is one of the few things we liked. The bathroom also looks very modern. Easy check-in: a lockbox where you have to introduce the code provided by the host to get the keys to the apartment's door and your room's door.

Contra: We had trouble finding the address of the apartments since we did not have a street number. The photos on the site were not clear: we wanted the room with one large bed and a kitchenette, but instead got the one with 2 single beds, no kitchenette, and no TV. We wouldn't have booked if there was more than 1 picture showing the room we got. The beds were uncomfortable and low, with small pillows, and the mattresses were thin and kept moving away. It was extremely cold even with the heat turned on at max. The towels were stained and had a questionable smell. The bathroom also had issues: there was no warm water, and whenever we flushed the toilet or used the sink, a loud noise would be heard from behind the toilet. Rooms were not soundproof despite the description of the apartment, therefore we could hear whenever our apartment neighbours would talk, walk or go to the bathroom. For all those conditions, it was not worth the money.

Pro: Studioul arata bine. Este foarte aproape de Ateneu. 3 min de mers pe jos. Domnul care a venit a doua pentru diferenta de bani pt studio a fost foarte dragut si intelegator. Ne-a dat dansul lenjerie si prosoape desi proprietara ne refuzase.

Contra: Aceeași problemă cu informațiile care nu sunt clare, despre baie si cum sunt camerele împărțite. Curățenia nu e fost prezenta, baia era plina de... par. Lenjeria la fel si avea un miros foarte îmbâcsit iar unul dintre prosoape era absolut negru. Cand ne-am plans, proprietara a spus ca nu exista asa ceva, ca nu crede si ca nu ne poate schimba nici prosoape nici lenjerie, ca ea nu ofera regim hotelier. Am rezolvat situația mutandu-ne in apartament (pt ca de fapt e o camera fara tv sau dulap si un fel de studio cu chicineta si tot ce mai ai nevoie). Ne-a pus sa platim o diferență plus curatenia (inexistenta) desi stabilisem alt pret. Ar mai fi de povestit dar ati înțeles idea. Nu as reveni sub nici o forma!
