Casa Renti was meant to be a big family residence, but the idea of sharing it with tourists eager to discover the beauties of the surroundings, came to us when the Transalpina Road opened. Nowadays, we take great joy in receiving guests to our home. People come from all around Romania and , to our surprise, even more from outside our country. We have good memories of spending beautiful evenings in the garden talking to people with different cultural backgrounds. Casa Renti is yet to be retouched to the detail. Many improvements are planned and we struggle to make it more comfortable and nice looking for us and for our guests.

Suntem o familie fidela si consecventa principiilor ospitalitatii traditionale romanesti, cu o mare deschidere in sensul stabilirii de noi si trainice relatii, dornici sa impartasim tuturor oaspetilor nostri particularitatile noastre culturale, incepand cu bucataria si bauturile noastre traditionale si continuand cu elementele de etnografie si folclor specifice zonei . Totodata, avem intreaga disponibilitate in a impartasi oaspetilor nostri toate cunostintele noastre legate de frumusetea zonei materializata in obiectivele turistice cu adevarat semnificative, legendele locului si informatii actualizate referitoare la traseele cele mai uzitate .

The surroundings are very beautiful to explore. During the day, you can go and visit the caves nearby Novaci - Pestera Muierii & Pestera Polovragi. You can go for a bike ride on the Gilort Valley, which leads you deep into the forests of the mountains. Also, you can go along Cheile Oltetului by foot or by bike and enjoy the landscape created by the Oltet River. If you arrive at our guesthouse just before sunset, you can still go for a short walk towards the Novaci City Centre. We are more than happy to share information and guide you around when you arrive on site.
