Casa Francesca

Casa Francesca is located just a few kilometers away from the old city center of Brasov, close to the mountains in a traditional village where you can enjoy the view of the mountains, trekking, mountain-biking, skiing or paragliding.

The 600 sqm property is located in a quiet area and offers a 200 sqm yard covered with grass. in summer you can enjoy the garden and the BBQ. We own a playful Labrador and a spoiled cat.

Our guest house offers a 3 bedroom apartment with living room, fully equipped kitchen, parking on the property, sport equipment maintenance and storage, garden furniture and BBQ.

Each bedroom has an extra bed for one child (free of charge) and for toddlers we have a crib.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, cutlery and dishes.

The living room can accommodate another person. The sitting area offers a flat screen TV and a pellet stove.

There are 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub one with shower cabin).

Casa Francesca has a fantastic view on the nearby mountains and city of Brasov.

We are an active family and we have designed our place and extra services in the way we would like to be welcomed. We like also to travel mostly in places where we can ski, ride the bikes, hike and enjoy mountains.

Brasov and surrounding is a place where history, culture, sightseeing, mountain sports are blending in a unique way.

The old city center offers interesting places to visit, like the Black Church, the first Romanian School, The Council Square, defense towers and walls of the old citadel or just to point them from the top of Brasov: Tampa mountain, reachable by a cable car. If you get tired just find a small restaurant and taste the local or international cuisine.

Not far from Brasov you can visit Dracula's Castle as it known Bran Castle.

Here in our neighborhood you can hike to Bunloc, Piatra Mare, visit the 7 Ladder Canyon. On request we can guide you or even organize mountain bike trips in the mountains in summer or with touring skis on winter.

Bunloc is a very appreciated spot for paragliding, sometimes the sky is full of colored para-glides.

If you come with your own bikes, we offer storage and maintenance facilities and provide you all necessary information and routes to ride.

Poiana Brasov with it's ski slopes is only 20 km away and we offer ski tuition on discounted prices for our guests.
