Pro: tutto nuovo , ma inutilizzabile

Contra: Il check in e relativo accesso alle chiavi, ricevuto un video non scaricabile, la scala ( a chiocciola e occupata da supellettili ) pericolosa e semi inaccessibile; caldaia ( riscaldamento e acqua calda ) e cucina inutilizzabili per mancanza gas. E' stato come avere una ferrari in un garage inaccessibile ( in casa era tutto nuovo e bello) ma non poterla utilizzare; le lenzuola per il divano letto matrimoniale erano a una piazza. Viaggiavamo con bambini e valige pesanti.

Pro: Ubicación

Contra: El apartamento tenía desperfectos, llegamos a las 3:00 AM y nos encontramos una llave puesta en el cerrojo que no se podía quitar, el lavabo no tenia cadena para tirar (estaba rota y la dejaron en una estantería) y una de las sillas estaban rotas ( con la mala suerte que me senté encima y me caí al suelo haciéndome daño). Arreglaron la puerta pero al lavabo le hicieron un apaño que seguía sin funcionar correctamente. El sofá durísimo y la almohada una roca. Por cierto, la puerta no la puedes cerrar por dentro.

Pro: El apartamento esta reformado, decorado y muy limpio.

Contra: Es un cuarto sin ascensor, con escaleras de caracol muy empinadas. Cuesta subir. El edificio es muy viejo y se rompio justo una tuberia de gas. No pudimos poner ni calefaccion ni ducharnos en nuestro baño. Nos tuvimos que duchar en uno de fuera. Lamentable. La comunicacion con el anfitrion penosa, no se preocupo nada por nosotras. No repetiria.

Pro: Big rooms, a quiet place and a designated smoking area

Contra: Not enough towels

Pro: We needed an emergency place to stay as our other booking fell through (and only realised this the moment we arrived). Luckily we found this place around the corner, and with the easy self-check in (the key box is a bit of a search, but they include a very clear video in the check-in instructions) we were settled a few minutes later. Great appartment, everything you need and airco in both the living room and bedroom!

Contra: It wasn't a problem for us, but be aware the appartment is on the fourth floor - without a lift.

Pro: Great apartment at the heart of the city. Clean, modern, renovated, spacious, same as the photos shown. Great location. Big screen TV and aircon in both rooms.

Contra: High floor at old building with no elevator and narrow old staircase. I barely managed to get my 20kg up to the apartment. Feels like doing exercise every time you go up and down. My dad had trouble going up to the apartment so we had to limit and optimise our movement in and out. Check in was also not clear at all, so had to call and reach out to owner for instructions on spot. Once called owner, clear step by step instructions were sent.
