Placed in the heart of the city, the apartment is located in an historic building from 1912. Known as the last pre-war palace, the Roth House, belongs to the art-nouveau architectural style, Central-European Secession of German-Viennese, the last achievement of the architect Mende Váler in Oradea and one of the last palaces built in the city center before World War I. The name of the building comes from its owner, Róth Henric, who also had a clothing store on the ground floor.
The entire Palace is fully renovated.

When we walk along Vasile Alecsandri Street, our eyes are enchanted by the architectural beauty, details that can be found on the facades that guard the pedestrian artery, imposing parts and richly decorated.
