Pro: nice and helpful owner; location right in the center, very clean apartment furnished with good taste and with attention to details; space very well organized; complete accessories for cooking and dining; comfortable bed and pillows; bathroom although rather small is equipped with everything you need; private parking lot

Contra: possibly the staircase house that is not renovated and does not create a warm welcome; location on the 3rd floor without elevator

Pro: The apartment was very nice, everything seems new, the design is very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped, the landlord provided us also a chair for feeding the baby and that was very helpful. It was really nice that we had a reserved parking space as in Contanta it was very difficult finding a parking space. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice, overall a very good impression. The apartment was really close to the city old town and to the beach so we could simply walk to every location and not to use the car.
