Spacious and modern two-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful atmosphere to enjoy your time in Brasov. Enjoy a drink outside on the large balcony, which offers views of both the city and surrounding mountains. Most of the main attractions in the city (including the Historic City Center) are only 10 minutes away. The apartment is located on the first floor (parter) of a new building and offers plenty of space for up to five guests. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached private bathroom with a bathtub/shower. There is also another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open-concept living room. The apartment features a full kitchen with all of the necessary appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Other amenities - including free parking, WiFi and cable TV, and a washing machine - are also included.
The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood in the Old Brasov district of the city. Within a 10 minute walk you can reach one of the main streets in the city and have access to shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. The Historic City Center is a 10 minute drive away.

Pro: Spatiu generos, apartament extrem de spațios, existenta celor 2 bai este un plus, pozitionarea foarte buna, se ajunge foarte rapid in centru; balcon/terasa cu o panorama frumoasa și destul de mare că suprafața. Comunicarea în privința check-in/out foarte buna.
Contra: Proprietarul ar trebui sa acorde mai multa atenție în privința curățeniei și ar trebui sa ia in calcul utilarea apartamentului cu dulapuri tip dressing macar in dormitoare.

Pro: Communication and check in was super easy, parking is good, a good location although you need a car and new, clean and spacious apartment with cable channels and good wifi. We were delayed leaving as we had car troubles and appreciated being given a late check out.
Contra: A number of the neighbour’s dogs one of which is in a yard directly below the balcony bark and howled. Dog below block growls at you when you go into balcony, dog behind block growls when you go to car. The facilities in the apartment although many are new feel a bit thrown together and suggest a general lack of thought and care, particularly thinking through the logistics of 4 guests given there are two double bedrooms also on surface looks clean but cupboards need cleaning and under beds etc Main bedroom: Lack of storage / places to put anything there is a hanging rack with a few hangers wedged by the washing machine, Curtain stopper not installed so curtain falls off rail, Washing machine in corner of bedroom which is odd - at least put a cupboard around it, no drying rack to use once clothes washed. En-suite bathroom: No hooks for hanging anything or shelf space, No shower curtain - a mop is provided so spent mopping the floor after every shower Lounge: Tiny cheap coffee table and odd wobbly side shelf, Sofa for 2 and a wire chair from balcony outdoor set - so if 4 people they can’t all sit comfortably to watch tv, Dining table but only 2 chairs, plus 2 high stools at bench so impossible to sit and have dinner together around the table and table is not assembled properly and wobbles, No wine glasses and only 2 decent mugs although six shot glasses!, The cutlery is thrown loose in the bottom of a deep drawer not in tray, Small saucepan and small frying pan for apartment that can sleep 4 people so pretty difficult to cook a meal, Kitchen tap leaks when you use it, Poor selection of crockery and cutlery etc eg one small vegetable knife, some wooden spoons, only 2 large plates, Filter coffee machine - but no filters, no coffee and I’m not sure it works, Loose and exposed wiring around stove area, Curtain falls off rail.
