Pensiunea Crescent Predeal

Pro: - apartamentul a fost foarte curat, absolut orice obiect din casa era sters de praf; - fara obiecte inutile puse pentru design; - in living langa televizor era tras un prelungitor la indemana pentru a nu fi nevoit sa cauti un loc unde sa iti incarci telefonul, laptopul, etc.; - sifonier foarte incapator; - frigiderul foarte curat si fara miros; - propietarul foarte amabil ne-a dat explicatii pentru orice intrebare am avut; - blocul foarte linistit si foarte aproape de o artera principala ( aprox. 1 minut ); - propietar punctual; - in bucatarie gaseai absolut orice aveai nevoie; - se poate fuma in apartament;

Contra: Nu cred ca este ceva ce nu mi-a placut. Am fost foarte multumit de serviciile oferite. Recomand cu incredere. Pentru propietar as recomanda pentru a imbunatati cazarea urmatoarele: - adaugarea unui aparat de aer conditionat suplimentar in sufragerie ( tind sa cred ca este insuficient cel din hol ); - asigurarea unui loc de parcare ( pentru ca apartamentul se afla intr-o zona destul de populata de blocuri este destul de greu pentru a gasi un loc de parcare gratuit si liber ). Am vazut ca in fata blocului exista locuri de parcare libere doar ca acestea apartin locatarilor . Propietarul ne-a spus ca locurile de langa gardul blocului sunt " libere " si in cazul in care gasim loc putem parca fara probleme. Acest lucru este fezabil cand detii o masina de dimensiuni relativ mici. Spun acest lucru pentru ca straduta este destul de mica si exista destul de usor posibilitatea sa fi atins, lucru care nu cred ca iar conveni nimanui. In cazul nostru am discutat cu cineva de la magazinul Penny Market ( se afla la 50 de m. de bloc ) pentru a parca peste noapte acolo.

Pro: בעלת הבית היתה מקסימה... ניסתה מאד לשפר הרגשתנו.

Contra: בלון גז בתוך הבית... מיזוג אוויר רק במסדרון ..בנין ישן עם מעלית ישנה בקומה עשירית.

Pro: Location is not bad, close to Mamaia.

Contra: The apartment got a few issues. First of all is at the last floor next to the lift and the lift noise is all around in to the flat, mainly during the evening when is more quiet. The bathroom got a few rusted nails next to the shower, the ventilation thru the window is basically none, being at the last floor, without aircon on all day you can't live in. The smell of gas in the apartment was awful, there is no connection to centralised gas distribution, the apartment got a gas bottle with a dodgy connection. The owner, a lady, got no idea of how to speak with a client... Communication was poor and sadly, she came in to the flat without us being there. She complained about the air con being on and a window not being closed.. That happened once and I've been told she will. Confiscate the remote control which was not working all the time anyway... Very old and damaged aircon. We been six adults and we received a key... We made a special request for the second one... Hilarious... The owner attitude was like we were some teenagers asking for a place to stay... Basically her attitude destroyed my holiday. Apart from one bed which was comfortable the other ones were not. Very poor signal of Internet connection, we been asked to pay for a window blind which got a small. Damage... Finally she solved and I didn't pay. One of the worst experiences. We been asked not to take towels from apartament to the beach but how she knew I took. Any? Did she looked thru my clothes? Luggages? Anyway... I needed to ask a few times for a bill for the money I paid... Finally I received one. Initially, I've been asked for cash in hand. No parking place for the apartment, you need to park at the supermarket car park which is close anyway. The lift is a bad joke.... Is like 35 years old... And being on lvl 10 you depend on it

Pro: - Apartment is very clean and cosy - perfect for a group of friends - host is nice and punctual
