The place is clean, bright, situated on the most wanted area for rent in Sibiu, on a main bulevard, 10-15 minutes walk from the Historic Center.

You can prepare your own coffee, tea or hot chocolate (on the house), and you will use a full equiped kitchen, a private clean bathroom, a spacious bedroom and a bright living space.

You also have the possibility to wash, dry and iron up your clothes, watch TV or use free wi-fi.

It also offers a kitchenette equipped with: microwave oven, electric oven, fridge, coffeemaker, tea carafe, all kind of glasses and pots, forks, knives, spoons, salt&pepper, some herbs, olive oil, vinegar etc.

All facilities are permanently present.

The appartment is situated on the 1st floor.

Free parking is always available in front and in the back of the building.

Many attractions minutes away by walk, including the center of beautiful Sibiu.

Bus station 2 min away.

You will be able to access the entire apartment.

You can find public transportation in front of the block. On the ground floor of the building you can find food shops, banks and pharmacies. The fruit and vegetable market is a 5-minute walk away. The nearest non-stop restaurant / fasfood is 5 minutes' walk away from the appartment.
