I manage the House Sharing by passion and personal challenge to apply in another type of business all my Software Project Management experience and skills that I learned in practice and the results are awesome.

The neighborhood is a very private all houses littles roads very quiet with a family type of relations between all the neighbors extremely clean with over 4 parking places only in front of the house richly lighted over the night. The view even from the base of the house from the entry in the yard it's panoramic over Brasov and the Tampa Mountain of Brasov. Continuing to the home-road up through the mountain by foot or with a 4WD you can reach the panoramic parking of the Poiana Brasov access road only after approx. 800 meters.

Right at the base of the hill on which the house it's located there is a bus station with buses that come at each 5 minutes or less even a direct bus the 51 which in less than 20 minutes reach directly the railroad station passing also by the historical and civic center. Also, there is a taxi station in the same place. From the panoramics pictures taken from the windows of the house, the Plaza Unirii can be seen right at the base of the hill. Also the house it's in the heart of the old centrum of Brasov so no mandatory transportation needed to get there but only if trips to others secondary or not touristic locations are needed (like railroad station).
