The apartment is located in the central area of the city, in a high semi-basement, in a house built in the interwar period that has preserved the charm of the past. The proximity of the Sub Arini park and the rich vegetation of the existing gardens make the air clean and fresh.
The location has an individual bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Towels and toiletries are provided. Free WiFi internet access is provided. Transilvania Apartment offers guests free coffee, tea and bottled water.
The thick walls of the house were made by craftsmen of Saxon origin, they make summer cool and hot winter.

+Era locatia curata si moderna, si oarecum intima.
−Tinand seama ca este un apartament lipseste o plita sau aragaz. E la subsol si chiar daca tragi jaluzelele se vede inauntru. E departe fata de centru raportat la pret!
+Ne-a placut ca este foarte curat, frumos si cochet amenajat, gazda este foarte prietenoasa si primitoare, locatia este foarte buna aproape de centru.
−In timpul sezonului rece este un pic cam frig datorita faptului ca apartamentul este la demisol. Noi fiind mai frigurosi am sintit acest lucru.

+Недалеко від затишної і тихої квартири розташований супермаркет, кафе. 10-15 хв пішки до Старого міста і Великої площі. Квартира перевершила всі очікування: надзвичайно чисто, вдосталь всього, у тому числі кавоварка, печиво, чай та кава, вода тощо. Паркомісце відразу коло вікон, на виході з дворика.
−Відсутня плита, що унеможливлює приготування їжі. Більше мінусів не виявлено:)

−We arrived at 11pm because there was huge traffic jam and we had to pay an extra fee of 10 euros that we didn't expected. They send you an email to tell you that but when you have already paid and if it is not your faul...
+The apartment is really clean and close to the city center. It is cozy and well equipped, the hosts are nice and ready to help.
−The apartment is in a basement and the windows are next to the dumpster so it might get noisy when they clean them.
+Locatia buna, foarte curat, gazda amabila, totul a decurs excelent. Important pt cei cu probleme la coloana, salteaua foarte ferma dar confortabila, perfecta pentru spate. Nesperat de bine. Apropo de geamuri, ele sint ok, nu dau in strada ci in curtea interioara sa zicem asa
