We manage to put together (in the same building) a number of Superior Studios and Two Bedroom Apartments. We also have other apartments in the same area.
First of all i have to say that i also live in the same area. And also my small office is in this area. So i love it. You have everything at walking distance : park, ice rink (during the winter), a beautiful lake (during the summer), supermarket, restaurants, coffee shop, bakery even a very old church (from 1720).... At the ground floor of the building you have a very nice coffee/tee saloon - Sheida. At just 3 minutes walking - you have a restaurant where you can serve breakfast - the name is Boutique du Pain - they start at 08:00 and they close at about 22:00 (7 days a week). During the summer the Bucharest City Tour Bust station is located at just 3 minutes walking - in front of Kretulescu Church in Calea Victoriei
