The Duplex is new furbished, it is equipped with everything. It also owns a private terrace with a beautiful view on the rooftop, and has two private parking lots. It is the perfect choice for exploring the beauty of Brașov because you can reach main attractions by foot. It is the perfect choice for a family or friends getaway.

The Duplex is composed of two separate spacious apartments that are linked with a common staircase and a private terrace. Each apartment has separate entrance and offers a private bedroom, an open space kitchen with living room and private bathroom. The bedrooms have 1 queen size bed with a spacious dressing, and there is also a sofa in the living-room.The kitchen is fully equipped and also has home appliances that allows you to prepare a nice and easy breakfast/snack, or simply to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Both apartments have high-speed wi-fi , and in each living room there is a Smart Tv with complimentary Netflix.

We will be happy to offer you check in and provide all the information that you need to access the complex. We will meet in person, give you the keys and we will show you around the complex, offering informations regarding the parking places, the use of the two entrances and also the barrier. You can always give us a call if you need some information about getting around or you need a good restaurant recommendation.

What we love most about our property is that the spaces are new, modern and cozy furbished. The linen and bed linens are specially designed for the hotel service, since we wanted to be assured that you will have an amazing sleeping and stay experience. The rooftop terrace is private and has an outdoor couch with a table and two chairs and offers a beautiful view over the Citadel and Brașov. You can spend amazing moments on the terrace, with fresh air and a really nice view.

The Duplex apartment is located in the new constructed complex of apartments called Chiville. The neighborhood is safe and it is located in the city center area, where there are especially houses around. The beauty of the neighborhood is given by the amazing view of Tampa mountain and forest, and the beautiful sensation that you are in the middle of nature and also 5 minutes walking distance from Historical Center. AFI Mall is located 3 minutes away by car, and 15 minutes by walk. Also if you want to buy groceries there is the local market and the Carrefour Supermarket only 5 minutes away by foot.

Getting around

You can reach main attractions by foot, the Duplex has a very good location. Guests can use Uber or taxi and also the bus station in 5 minutes away from the complex, if you want to explore the surroundings of Brasov.
