The property has only 2 apartments, both in separate buildings, so you have a lot of privacy and almost no neighbors. Inside yard there is also a small outdoor area, where you can sit and enjoy a meal, or smoke.
The apartment is very well situated in the heart of Cluj-Napoca, on a quiet street, with limited car traffic (only the people that live on the street can get in), there is a small canal and a walking area in front of the building. You will have everything just at your door: bars, cafes, walking areas, parks, supermarket, market, and also all the points of interest in the city center are a few minutes away. Central Comercial Center is on the other side of the property, you can find here a few coffee shops, and on top of the building there is a panoramic terrace and restaurant where you can enjoy a full view of the city. Piata Muzeului (Museum Square) that is filled with restaurants and cafes is 3 minutes away, Central park and Piata Unirii (the main square) are about 5 minutes away. In the other direction at just a few minutes you can find Cluj's main market, with fresh groceries and all the rest. There is a taxy station (1 min away) and in Piata Mihai Viteazul (2 min away) there are bus connections to all the city (including airport and train station)

Contra: Apartman bol spinavy. Na riade bol velmi velky prach, spinave koberce, kupelna . Poziciu ma na vynikajucom mieste.

Pro: A fost o sedere foarte reusita. Am avut de toate, papuci de unica folosință, sapun, prosoape curate, ceai, cafea nes, vesela, lapte condensat, zahar, apa. Toate din partea casei.

Pro: Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, appartamento grande e spazioso. Pulizia impeccabile e a pochi passi si trova un bar studentesco,un kebabaro, market. Tutto a pochi minuti dal centro

Pro: The location was just perfect. The property was just on the edge of the Old Town with its pubs and restaurants. Apartment was warm with hot water on tap. Kitchen and cooking facilities were good.
Contra: Little difficult to find, but one phone call sorted it. While not essential it would have been nice to have a tv.
