Overwatch-Central Park Studio is a charming self catering studio ( 25 sqm / (269 sq ft). The studio is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers (free Wi-Fi). It has one room with a glassed balcony, a kitchenette and a shower bathroom. The glassed balcony has a great panoramic sky view on the neighborhood's eclectic architecture and park and is heated in cold seasons. It will make you feel literally closer to the birds flying those heights. It is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the panorama, work, dine or sip your favourite cup of tea or coffee. It is situated at the 8th top floor of a condominium building from '60s ( with 2 elevators ) . As many buildings in the center of Bucharest, the facade of the building is quite old and the entrance hall need to be refreshed and repainted - we like to hope this will be done soon - but don't be put off by it, the conditions of the studio are fully upgraded to modern standards. Please note that there are few stair steps to climb from the building entrance to the elevators hall at Ground Floor. Around 30-40 meters away from the building entrance there are 2 Public parking and 5 lei/hour charge may apply from 6AM -6PM .

Overwatch is located in the heart of Bucharest, only 2 steps away from the idyllic park Cismigiu Garden. The neighborhood is alive and buzzing but peaceful in the same time. It is a very safe area and for solo travellers is reassuring to know that a large local Police office is literally next door from the Building entrance . The area is great for holiday activities and pedestrian walks. It is packed with many restaurants, pubs, coffee-shops, banks, book shops, Theatre Halls, small food markets opened 24/7, clubs and myriads of entertainment places around the famous Lipscani street area in Old Town ( 7-10 min walking away) and plenty of public transportation . Gara de Nord train station has direct bus line just in front of the building, and 2 metro stations (Universitate and Izvor) are just 7-10 min away. Some of Bucharest's main touristic objectives are very close. You can reach by a relaxed walking The Romanian National Art Museum, The History Museum, The Romanian Athenaeum, The Modern Art Museum, The Romanian Parliament Building sided by the large Izvor Park, The National Cotroceni Museum and the charming Cotroceni neighborhood .
