Hi, my name is Lucian and I live in Bucharest with my wife and two kids. When we're not working, we like to spend our time outdoors playing with our kids, snowboarding, traveling and taking advantage of the many festivals and beautiful places our country has to offer.
We have been fortunate to be able to travel and visit many beautiful places in Europe and used Airbnb as often as we could and now we'd like to offer our apartment to other guests looking to visit our vibrant city.
We look forward to connecting to people traveling to Bucharest and aim to make each guest have a fun experience.
Romana Square is where some of the city's most important avenues meet, notably Bulevarduls Magheru, Lascar Cartagiu and Dacia. It is home to arguably the country's most prestigious university, the Academy of Economic Studies (ASE). Nearby is busy Piata Amzei, a produce market that has recently been renovated, and which is flanked by cafes and restaurants.
You can find many types of coffeshops, pubs and restaurants in the area, something for everyone.
If you're looking to do some sightseeing you will find the beautiful Romanian Athaeneum which is host to George Enescu Festival, the Royal Palace which is home to the National Museum of Art or the many beautiful chuches and charming buildings.
A short walk along the streets will get you to University Square, where you will find the National Theatre and the Old Town.
