Pro: The owner was sorry and shows the willing to find a solution.

Contra: unfortunately the description of the apartment is erroneous and leads to misunderstandings!! we were looking for 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms, instead we basically had 2 bedrooms with the shared apartment ( Kitchen/Entrance ) with other strangers staying in a third room.....We were shoked!!!! imagine you going out of the bedroom and finding strangers in the kitchen, in the dining room! We were not looking for a hostel but simply an Apartment with 2 separated bedroom , as clearly mentioned in the description of Booking! it is not as clear in the internal descriptions that the kitchen is shared with any strangers, but it seems that the kitchen/entrance/dining room is obviously to be shared between the 2 rooms already booked! It is a serious mistype of form/title/description that can mislead many customers!

Pro: Personalul a fost deosebit de primitor, amabil si ne-a ajutat cu recomandări de restaurante in zona, a fost disponibil pe whatsapp pt orice intrebare am fi avut. Apartamentul amenajat cu mult bun gust, asternuturi si prosoape de calitate, dotat cu absolut tot ce e nevoie, mai ales pt un sejur cu copiii + foarte curat! Nota 20 din toate punctele de vedere.
