The 4 rooms apartment is modern, beautiful and just restored at the beginning of 2019. Located in Roman Square, the apartments is close to famous restaurants, clubs and pubs, and the largest shopping district in Bucharest. It is very well located with easy access to public transportation, Sector 1 is a great choice for travelers interested in museums, food and architecture. You will have all the features you need for the right vacation. According to all reviews this is the best part of Bucharest.
The size of the property is 100 sqm and it is composed from 2 large bedrooms and 2 living rooms. The bedrooms are fully equipped with large beds, flat HD TVs, window blinders etc. and the living rooms with leather sofas and flatscreen HD TV, 2 storage closets ( one is saved for the owner for cleaning materials, towels, bed sheets), and 2 balconies medium sized plus one big loggia. The bathroom and the kitchen are fully equipped.
We are a young happy family with two children who enjoys travelling & working as much as our guests. During our trips when we are using Booking or other home sharing applications we like to have everything that is necessary during a vacation, therefore we are aiming for our best hospitality and we like our hosts to spend a wonderful time in our property offering the best.
Roman Square It is an emblematic central area of Bucharest, the roundabout sits at the confluence of the most important boulevards of Bucharest, Magheru, Dacia and Lascar Catargiu. Right in front of the Property across the street is the Academy of Economic Studies an area full of life and bliss given by the young students wandering towards their classes. The McDonalds, KFC, Pizza HUT and Benihana are within 100 meters radius from the Property. If you head up towards Iancu de Hunedoara Boulevard on Căderea Bastiliei Street you will find on the right hand side The Galletto Restaurant providing very nice food. For the Old City you must head up to Magheru Boulevard and is going to be a nice 2 km walk. For Antipa Museum, Government Building , Herastrau Park and Calea Victoriei is going to be again a nice 400 m walk. The area is very safe and you can go for a walk anytime of the day.

+The appartment was perfect!!! The host was very friendly and helpful and after a long day was waiting for us there. It was bigger than the photos, great location and the most important was spectacularly clean!! It was very warm, with a great view and Mr. Dragos let us to do late check out!

−Din pacate, a fost cam frig in prima seara. Gazda ne-a instiintat cu privire la problemele legate de RADET si ne-a sfatuit sa folosim AC-ul
+The apartment is very big, new and well equipped. The position is great, few meters from Piata Romana frome where the airport bus leaves.
−The heating wasn't working when outside at night it was 2C so we were freezing and we had to leave the apartment 2 days before
