Located in the heart of Bucharest, on the most popular avenue - Calea Victoriei, this charming, brand new apartment boasts high quality amenities, being the ideal place to stay either for couples, singles or families. It can easily host up to 4 guests.

Nested in a quiet building, facing the backyard garden, it is just a stone away from the main attractions, within walking distance to University Square, Romana Square, Old Town. It was completely renovated and refurbished (Nov 2017), so everything in the apartment is fresh and new. Although this place is new, my experience as a host is not.

Hi!

Mihaela here. I was born in Bucharest, I grew up here so I know all the secrets of my lovely city. I love hosting travellers from around the world and I always do my best for their happiness during their stay in my places.

I love to explore, to meet new people every day. I’ve personally travelled a lot within the past years in tens different countries and I always appreciate clean and nice places. That’s why I like to offer to my guests what I would actually expect myself to receive when I visit a new place.

As a host, I try to improve myself all the time, paying attention to every detail, as every new traveler who steps on my house is a new experience, maybe a new friend.

People say I’m a perfectionist, I don’t think so. I only try to offer the ones who trust me what I promise (…and a little bit more). And - yes! - I want to make my apartments to be the best around ☺

Отличное место.

+Рядом есть современная городская зона отдыха, (кажется, называется Оден). Очень приятная, с гамаками, песком, барными стойками, прочими атрибутами городского пространства для отдыха. Удобное расположение - в шаговой доступности от центра.

−- сетки от комаров на окнах надо зафиксировать. всю ночь кусали...

Overpriced small flat with no parking option

+Internetul a mers perfect, asternuturile au fost curate, salteaua si pernele bune. Zona pare linistita.

−Apartamentul este mic, tip vagon. In fotografii pare mai spatios. Nu exista balcon pentru uscatul rufelor. In zona se gasesc foarte greu locuri de parcare, apartamentul nu dispune de asa ceva, iar lucrul acesta ar trebui...

Don't judge a book by its cover.

+The interior was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The air conditioning was such treat with this hot summer heatwave. Communication with the host was great. Mihaela was very quick to respond and was very accommodating.

−Finding the flat was a little tricky at first and although parking is free, it's sometimes a gamble.

Spacious apartment with great host :)

+First off the Host was amazing! Instant replies and instructions on how to check in and if I needed anything. The apartment is very nice, and spacious and very clean. It's a bit outside of the centre of and old town, but it's a nice walk down there down one of the main boulevards and will take about 20min to get to the...

+De locatie is zeer goed, rustig gelegen aan een binnenterrein en op loopafstand van het drukke centrum en van een grote supermarkt. Het appartement is heel ruim.

−Er lag glas op de badkamervloer, achter de deur, daar wordt blijkbaar niet schoongemaakt.

+The location is really good. There are 2 AC for the living area and the bedroom . Everything was just as pics. Selfcheck in very handy and easy.
