The apartment is located very close to the Palace of Parliament and Marriott Hotel and relatively close (about 1.5 km) to the Old Town. It is located in a new building, with a new elevator and with a balcony.

It is well equipped - kitchen with everything in it, free coffee and tea included, individual heating (during winter) and air cooling (during summer), TV, free WiFi, bathroom with everything in it (towels, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer), private terrace. Also, the TV has a Netflix access.

It has one double bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the dinning room. The dinning room is separated from the kitchen.

There is free parking around the building, which is however subject to availability (depending on the season and hours). There is a cab station very close to the building, while the closest subway station is about 1.5 km away.
